You can call Customer Care at +1-505-998-3793 from your T-Mobile handset to request WorldClass roaming while you are overseas. We cannot guarantee we will be able to add the WorldClass feature to your account while you are outside the US. It is better to add the feature before you travel.
Since it is an add-on feature, there are no additional activation fees. It may take 1 to 2 business days to activate your WorldClass service. You will not be charged for roaming airtime or long distance for this call when you use your T-mobile handset. Calls to this number made from any phone other than the T-Mobile handset will incur international long distance charges and may incur other additional charges.
When you receive a call from overseas and you are in the US, you will be using your bucket minutes. When you are overseas and you receive a call, you will be charged. The usage will not be deducted from your rate plan bucket. When you make an international call from the US, you will be charged according to the international dialing rates. When you make a call while roaming internationally, you will be charged according to the international roaming rates.
